
Speaker S4: Inter-sectoral mobility – MSCA as a tool for launching and fostering collaborations
Martin Mühleck is policy officer of the Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) Unit in DG EAC of the European Commission. He contributes to the formulation and implementation of related EU research & development programmes (Horizon 2020) and works among others on the intersectoral aspects of MSCA, the Research and Innovation Staff Exchanges (RISE), MSCA support for researchers at risk as well as the coordination between DG EAC and the REA.
After his studies of history and politics in Berlin, Stirling, Lublin and at the College of Europe (Natolin) with a specialisation in Central and Eastern Europe, he worked for a Brussels-based consultancy and a European governmental association, before joining the European Commission in 2008, where he focussed on European R&I policies in DG CNECT and DG JRC, before joining the MSCA team in 2017.
